Your digital business card is the mobile version of your dealership contact card. When you share it from OneLead, the customer receives your details on their phone, no paper needed.

Setting Up Your Digital Business Card (Mobile Only)
Before sharing your card, make sure your profile is complete.

Step 1: Open OneLead
Step 2: Tap your profile photo (top-left)
Step 3: Tap Profile
Step 4: Review and update your information:
- Profile picture
- First and last name
- Job title
- Mobile number
- Dealership name
Step 5: Save your changes
Your digital business card automatically updates with your latest details.
Pro Tip: Use a professional headshot for your profile picture. This is the photo customers see on your digital card.
How to Share Your Digital Business Card (Mobile Only)
You can share your card in three ways: QR code, text message, or your phone’s share menu.
Method 1: Share via QR Code (Fastest for Walk-Ins & Events)
Step 1: Open OneLead
Step 2: Tap your profile photo
Step 3: Your digital business card opens
Step 4: Show the customer your QR code
Step 5: They scan it using their phone camera
Step 6: They tap the link that appears and save your contact
Perfect for:

- Check-ins
- Fast handovers
Method 2: Share via Text Message
Step 1: Open OneLead
Step 2: Tap your profile photo → Profile
Step 3: Tap Share Profile
Step 3: A share sheet will appear (includes Messages, Mail, Instagram, etc.)]
Step 4: Select your messaging app
Step 5: Enter the customer’s mobile number
Step 6: Tap Send
The customer receives a link to your digital card.
Method 3: Share via Email or Phone Share Menu
Step 1: Tap your profile photo → Profile
Step 2: Tap Share Profile
Step 3: Choose:
- Share via [Share sheet (includes Messages, Mail, Instagram, etc.)]
Step 4: Select an app of your preference
Step 5: Send to the customer
When to Share Your Digital Card
Use your card in moments where the customer is likely to follow up:

In person
