This page provides instructions on how to request the deletion of your account and associated data for the "OneLead powered by Alexium" application.

How to Request Account Deletion:

To initiate the deletion of your account, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to: onelead@alexium.com.au
  • Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • In the body of the email, please include the username and/or email address associated with the Digital Dealer account you wish to delete. This helps us verify your identity and locate your account.
  • What Happens Next:

  • We will verify your request and identify the account. We may contact you if we need further information to confirm your identity.
  • Once verified, we will initiate the account deletion process.
  • What to Expect After Your Request:

  • Verification:
    1. We will review your request and verify your identity. This may involve contacting you for additional information if necessary to ensure the security of your account.
  • Processing:
    1. Once your request is verified, we will begin the account deletion process.
    2. We will inform you of the commencement of the account deletion process.
  • Data Deletion:
    1. Upon completion of the deletion process, all associated personal data will be permanently deleted. This includes, but is not limited to:
      • User profile information (name, email address, authentication details, etc.).
      • Any other data directly linked to your account.
  • Retention Policy:
    1. In certain circumstances, we may retain specific data for a limited period to comply with legal, security, or regulatory obligations (e.g., client records, audit logs).
    2. Any retained data will be anonymised or aggregated whenever possible to prevent identification.
    3. Account deletion will be processed within 30 days of successful verification.
  • Confirmation of Deletion:

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been successfully deleted.
  • Important Considerations:

  • Please ensure you have backed up any essential data before submitting your deletion request as this process is irreversible.
  • If you have any active subscriptions or services associated with your account, they will be canceled during the deletion process.
