- We will review your request and verify your identity. This may involve contacting you for additional information if necessary to ensure the security of your account.
- Once your request is verified, we will begin the account deletion process.
- We will inform you of the commencement of the account deletion process.
- Upon completion of the deletion process, all associated personal data will be permanently deleted. This includes, but is not limited to:
- User profile information (name, email address, authentication details, etc.).
- Any other data directly linked to your account.
- In certain circumstances, we may retain specific data for a limited period to comply with legal, security, or regulatory obligations (e.g., client records, audit logs).
- Any retained data will be anonymised or aggregated whenever possible to prevent identification.
- Account deletion will be processed within 30 days of successful verification.
