This guide shows you how to log in to OneLead for the first time, access your account on mobile or desktop, and troubleshoot common login issues.
Before You Start
You'll need:
- Your OneLead login email
- Your temporary or current password
- Access to your email (for OTP codes)
- Internet connection
- A supported mobile or desktop device
System Requirements
📱 Mobile App
iOS
- iPhone running iOS 13 or later
- Download from the Apple App Store
- Search for: "OneLead"
Android
- Android device running 8.0 or later
- Download from the Google Play Store
- Search for: "OneLead"

Use your dealership’s login link or:
Getting Your Login Credentials
First-Time Users: Your Welcome Email
When your account is created, you’ll receive a “Welcome to OneLead!” email from onelead@alexium.com.au.
Inside the email, you’ll find:
Your account details
A login box containing:
- Email (your username)
- Temporary password (randomly generated)
Important: You’ll be asked to change your password after your first login.
Ways to access OneLead
- App Store (iOS)
- Google Play (Android)
- Web app link
- A “Login to Your Account” button
What to do when you receive your Welcome Email
- Open the email
- Copy or write down your temporary password
- Choose how you want to login (mobile or desktop)
- Follow the first-time login steps below
Pro Tip: If you can’t find your welcome email, check Spam, Junk, or Promotions tabs. Still missing it? Contact your administrator to resend your credentials.
First-Time Login
📱 Mobile App (iOS & Android)
Step 1: Download the OneLead app
Search “OneLead” in the App Store or Google Play.

Step 2: Open the app
Tap the OneLead icon.

Step 3: Enter your email
Type your OneLead login email.
Ensure there are no typos or spaces.

Step 4: Enter your password
Type your temporary or current password.
Tap the eye icon to show/hide your password.

Step 5: Tick the Privacy Policy confirmation box
You must confirm before logging in.

Step 6: Tap Login

Step 7: Complete OTP verification (if required)
Some dealerships use OTP for security.
- Check your email
- Find the 6-digit code
- Enter it and tap Verify

Step 8: Change your password (first login only)
Create a new password that includes:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- At least 1 number
- Special character recommended (!, @, #)

Step 9: You're in
You’ll land on your Activities page.

💻 Web/Desktop App
Step 1: Open your browser
Use Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
Step 2: Go to your OneLead URL
Example:
- yourdealer.onelead.com
- Or: app.onelead.com.au/dashboard/login
Step 3: Enter your email
Click into the "Email" field and type your login email.
Step 4: Enter your password
Click into the "Password" field and type your password.

Step 5: Tick the Privacy Policy confirmation checkbox
Required before logging in.

Step 6: Click Login
Step 7: Enter your OTP code (if required)**
Check your inbox for a 6-digit code → enter → Verify
Step 8: Update your password (first-time login only)**
You’ll be prompted to create a new password.
Step 9: You’re logged in
Your customer dashboard will load.

Login Options
Remember Me
Mobile
- Toggle Remember Me before logging in
- Keeps you signed in
- Only use on personal devices
Desktop
- Tick Remember Me
- Keeps your session active in your browser
Warning: Do not use this on shared or public devices.
Switching Between Dealerships
If you have access to multiple locations:
📱 Mobile
- Tap your profile icon

- Open dealership selector by tapping Switch Department

- Choose a dealership


- Tap Continue and the app will refresh automatically

💻 Desktop
- Use the dealership dropdown at the top

- Select your dealership

- Page reloads with that dealership’s data

Staying Logged In
Mobile App
- Stays logged in unless you manually log out
- Session may reset after force-closing app
Web
- Sessions last ~24 hours
- Auto-logout after inactivity (30–60 mins)
Logging Out
📱 Mobile App
- Click your profile picture/name

- Tap Logout located at the bottom of your screen

💻 Desktop
- Click your profile picture/name

- Select Logout

- Confirm

Pro Tip: Always log out on shared or showroom computers.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
“Invalid email or password”
Check:
- Typos
- Extra spaces
- Caps Lock
- Incorrect email
Try:
- Re-typing carefully
- Resetting your password: Forgot Password & OTP
“Account not found”
Possible causes:
- Wrong email
- Account not created yet
- Wrong dealership URL
Solution:
Confirm with your administrator.
“Account locked”
Caused by too many failed login attempts.
Fix:
- Wait 15–30 minutes
- Or ask your admin to unlock
“Cannot connect to server”
Check:
- Internet connection
- Wi-Fi availability
- VPN/firewall issues
Try:
- Switching networks
- Using mobile data
- Checking Status page
App crashes or won’t open
Try:
- Closing and reopening the app
- Restarting your phone
- Updating the app
- Reinstalling if needed
Security Best Practices
Do:
- Use a unique, strong password
- Enable biometric login
- Log out on shared devices
- Keep your email secure
- Report suspicious activity immediately
Don't:
- Don’t share your password
- Don’t reuse passwords
- Don’t save passwords in plain text
- Don’t click unknown links
- Don’t let others log in as you
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I log in on multiple devices?
Yes — your phone, tablet, and computer can all stay logged in simultaneously.
Do I need the app?
- Mobile users: Yes
- Desktop users: No — use the web browser
What if I forget my password?
Use Forgot Password? on the login screen.
