What you’ll learn
This guide explains how to read and use the OneLead Dashboard so you can quickly answer the core questions every dealership asks:
- How are our leads performing right now?
- What’s happening across our customer pipeline?
- How is the team performing?
1. Dashboard Layout
When you view the Dashboard, you’ll see three main areas:
1. Filters Bar (top)
Use the filters first to shape the data you’re seeing.
You can filter by:
- Parent(s) Selected
- Date Range
- Team Member
- Channel
- Reset All

2. KPI Cards (right-hand side)
These cards give you high-level numbers for the selected period:
- #Unique Customers
- #Active Channels
- #Channels per Customer

3. Analytics Panels (main area)
After applying filters, read the dashboard top-to-bottom.

2. Customer Overview
2.1 #Unique Customers Time Trend
Shows how many unique customers appear per month.

2.2 Customer Creation Channel
See where your strongest leads come from.
Lead sources tracked:
- Walk-in
- Website form
- Social media
- Referral
- Phone
- Events
- Third-party lead providers

2.3 Customer Latest Channel
Shows the most recent channel used by each customer.

3. Lead Activity & Status
3.1 Activities Time Trend
Shows the number of logged activities for each month.

3.2 Lead Status Distribution (All Unique Customers)
Breaks customers into status categories.

3.3 Lead Status Distribution (Prior Customers Only)
Same statuses but filtered for prior-tagged customers.

3.4 Interested In Distribution
Shows what active leads are interested in.

4. Appointment & Follow-up Analytics
4.1 Appointment Date Analytics
Breaks down leads with vs without appointments.

4.2 Follow-up Date Analytics
Shows leads with vs without a scheduled follow-up.

5. Sales Leaderboard
Ranks individual team members by selected performance metrics.

6. Working With Filters

Click Reset All to return to default.

7. Recap & Next Steps
Use the Dashboard to answer:
- How many customers and leads do we have right now?
- Where are those leads in the journey?
- How is the team performing?
For best results:
- Start each day by selecting the correct filters
- Scan KPI cards and status breakdowns
- Use the leaderboard to support your team
