Welcome to OneLead

Your first login sets the tone for how smoothly you’ll work day-to-day. Follow these steps to get comfortable with the system and ready for real customers.

Step 1: Complete Your Profile

Your profile is the foundation of your OneLead experience.

Why it matters

  • Your profile picture appears on your digital business card
  • Customers see your name and contact details
  • Your information appears in customer records and messages

What to do

  1. Go to Profile Settings
  1. Upload a professional profile photo
  1. Verify your name, phone number, and dealership details
  1. Save your changes

Step 2: Understand Your Dashboard

Your dashboard is your home base in OneLead.

The mobile home screen has five main areas:

Top-Left: Profile Icon

  • View your profile
  • Confirm your department
  • Switch departments (if permitted)
  • Access your Digital Business Card (QR code)

Top-Right: Analytics Icon

  • View analytics for your customers
  • Track performance metrics
  • Monitor activity summaries

Bottom Navigation (3 icons)

1. Activities (default view)

  • Appears immediately after login
  • Shows all recent customer activity
  • Calls, messages, notes, check-ins
  • Quick access to everything happening today

2. Customers

  • View all customers assigned to you
  • Search and filter records
  • Open full customer details

3. Camera Icon (centre)

  • Scan a customer’s digital card
  • Capture walk-ins instantly
  • Create a new record from QR scans

Top Bar (Global Navigation)

  • OneLead Logo β€” return to dashboard
  • Dealership/department selector β€” switch locations if you have access
  • Search Bar β€” search across all customers

  • Help Icon β€” open Help Centre
  • Profile Menu β€” profile settings and logout

Left Sidebar (Primary Navigation)

  • Dashboard/Home β€” high-level metrics

Step 3: Add Your First Customer

Quick exercise

  1. Tap or click Create Customer
  1. Fill in First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email
  1. Add relevant notes
  1. Save

Important: Customer records cannot be deleted. Please make sure this is a valid customer before proceeding. If not, you can skip this step for now.

Your permissions control what you can access. Ask your administrator if something is missing.

"Can I use OneLead on multiple devices?"

"What if I make a mistake?"

Most things can be edited or updated. You can delete test records, update details, and correct errors anytime.
