Understanding Kanban Columns

Your Kanban board is divided into columns representing stages in your workflow. Common examples include:
  • Hot — Customers who are ready to buy or need immediate follow-up.
  • Warm — Customers who are interested but not urgent.
  • Cold — Customers with low intent or older leads who haven't responded yet.
  • Sold — Successful conversions
  • Lost — Unconverted customers
