What you'll learn
This guide explains how to use Table View to see your customers in a spreadsheet-style layout with rows and columns.
What is Table View?
Table View displays your customers as rows in a spreadsheet-style table. Depending on the section you’re in, each column shows a different piece of information.
Examples of what you’ll see:
Customers & Activities
- Customer
- Last Seen On
- Channels
- Lead Status
- Interested In
- Appointment Date
- Follow Up Date
- Consultant
- Department

Appointments & Follow-ups
- Customer
- Appointment Date
- Follow Up Date
- Lead Status
- Interested In
- Consultant
- Department
Table View is best for:
- Desktop users with large screens
- Reviewing multiple data points at once
- Sorting and filtering long customer lists
- Exporting data
Important: Table View is difficult to use on mobile due to screen size. Use List View or Kanban View on mobile whenever possible.
Accessing Table View
📱 Mobile Browser (iOS & Android)
Important: This is only available via Mobile Browser, not the app. Avoid Table View on mobile unless absolutely necessary.
Table View is not recommended on mobile. Columns will be narrow and require horizontal scrolling.
If you must use it:
Step 1: Go to your Dashboard
Step 2: Open the view switcher at the top
Step 3: Tap Table View (if available)
Step 4: Rotate your phone to landscape for better visibility

Pro Tip: See Best Practices for Mobile Views if you prefer layouts that work well on small screens.
💻 Web/Desktop App
Step 1: Log into OneLead on your computer
Step 2: Go to your Dashboard or Customers page
Step 3: Look for view options in the toolbar
Step 4: Select Table View
Your customer list will appear in a desktop-friendly table.
