This guide shows you how to customise your OneLead views so you can work faster, stay organised, and see the information that matters most.

Why customise your views?

Customising your views helps you:
  • Reduce clutter and focus on priorities
  • Find customers faster
  • Keep your workflows consistent across devices
  • Review only the records that matter right now

What you can customise

Depending on your permissions and view type, you can customise:

Available in all views

  • Filters
  • Search criteria

Table View

(Currently limited to filtering and searching)

Kanban View

  • Card display (information shown on cards)
  • Board layout (compact or expanded)

Using Filters

Filters help you narrow your customer list quickly. You can filter by dates, assigned users, and more.

📱 Mobile App (iOS & Android)

On mobile, filters appear in a slide-up panel with simple tap options.

Step 1: Tap the filter icon (funnel) in the top-right

Mobile Filter Options

Created On

Filter customers by when they were added:
  • Today
  • This Week
  • This Month
  • Last Month
Use this to review new leads or recent activity.

Appointment Date

See customers with upcoming appointments:
  • Today
  • Tomorrow
  • This Week
  • Next Week
Useful for planning your day and preparing for visits.

Follow-up Date

See who needs follow-up attention:
  • Today
  • Tomorrow
  • This Week
  • Next Week
Useful for staying on top of callbacks and overdue follow-ups.

Team Member

Filter by consultant or assigned user.
Examples:
  • AB — Alex Bompane
  • AC — Alexium Consultant
Use this to view only your leads or those assigned to a specific consultant.

Applying & Clearing Filters

Apply Filters:
Tap Apply Filters to update your customer list.
Reset All:
Tap Reset All to clear all filters and return to your default list.

Search Customisation

Search works across:
  • Names
  • Emails
  • Phone numbers
  • Notes
  • Tags
Results update in real time.

Customise card information

You may be able to choose what appears on cards:
Customer Detail
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Home Address
Lead Status
  • Sold
  • Hot
  • Warm
  • Cold
  • Lost
  • Not Set
Interest Status
  • Car Care
  • Trade In
  • Finance
  • Buying
  • Not Set

Best Practices

Do:

  • Use filters to narrow long lists
  • Use Kanban for daily workflow and visual organisation
  • Use Expanded View when working in detail
  • Use Compact View for speed

Don’t:

  • Rely on Table View on mobile
  • Leave filters applied accidentally
  • Overwhelm yourself with too many criteria

Reset to default

If you want to remove your customisations, tap or click Reset All
Your view resets to the system defaults.
